U.S. Air Force and Air Force Reserve – 1984 – 2014

• Defined Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) capability requirements for joint Special Operations Forces; prioritized development and procurement planning for programs totaling $4.6B.
• Assisted a foreign partner government to develop and validate strategic plans for development of a $1B military communications network.
• Introduced realistic ISR employment within Air Force strategic and operational wargames supporting Joint Professional Military Education.
